A busy week at the Capitol

February 17 – 23 was a busy week at the Capital.  I truly believe in service. The idea of making change that benefits hard working people and anyone in need is paramount to me.

This week I had some people from The Exceptional Foundation of Atlanta call me out to the rope to share their concerns about healthcare.  The Gwinnett County Delegation met with members of the Gwinnett Board of Registration and Election as well as the Police Department.
The organizations advocating for Lupus and Suicide Awareness were also at the Capital.

Gwinnett County NAACP came to the Capital to celebrate Black Family Day, and the gentlemen of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (ΑΦΑ) was in the house. To end the week, I stopped by the Town Hall at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church.
