I had a wonderful visit at Jordan Middle School in my district (Lawrenceville) on April 9, 2019.
I want to thank the Principal, Dr. Melissa Walker and her staff for the care they show to their students and the focus the pay to literacy. The school encourages reading in all areas of the school. Reading areas are set up throughout the school.
Dr. Walker said they use “Unit of Study” as their methodology. I’m looking for to engaging parents at a later date. If you are parent in my district please reach out to me.
